Sales Representative Internship (Native Swedish)

We are looking for tech savvy, self motivated, passionate, team player with business acumen.

You will be joining a mix team of entrepreneurs, product driven and payment experienced people.

We are recruiting for a temporary Sales intern who will assist in defining market and segment priorities in our expansion strategy as well as identifying and reaching to potential prospects to spread our vision.

Anticipate 15-20 hours per week with 8 hours required to be in–office. Remainder of work can be completed off-site and in off business hours.

Selected candidate will gain invaluable experience in startup Environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creating pipeline including targeted companies
  • Promotes/sells/secures contract from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Demonstrates services and added features to potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their need
  • Assist the CCO and sales team

Details of function:

  • Establishes, develops business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of prospective customers to the organization.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Job requirements:

  • Junior or senior in a 3-4-year program ideally Degree, Business school/MBA or equivalent.
  • Native Swedish and fluent in english
  • Interest in Sales, Business development and marketing
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office)
  • Problem solving and to do attitude
  • Self motivated and result oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Based in Stockholm
